[CAPI e2e main tests](https://storage.googleapis.com/k8s-triage/index.html?pr=1&job=periodic-cluster-api-e2e-main) started failing slightly frequently today (7/10) and the last [2 runs failed](https://prow.k8s.io/job-history/gs/kubernetes-jenkins/logs/periodic-cluster-api-e2e-main?buildId=) consequently (mostly timeouts). But the last run is :green-light: , We are monitoring the CI signal and file an issue if further actions would be needed.
