"Can the same airport change its code" is key for us to understand if we're going to choose that as an identifier. * So: ICO enforces uniqueness, IATA does not (confirm?), but ICO is incompete...? Why steer away from APIs?: * Becomes 'freemium' really quickly. need to learn API, pull, and put into tabular form.(Scraping is basically building our own API). 1. Open Data 2. Use APIs 3.
