OCE__EmailTransaction__c with WeChat record type with Field set is selected and turned on (Admin Console - Activity History Administration). 5. The Activity History tab is added to the Account page layout. 6. Content WeChat (CT_1) template is uploaded and distributed to users (U_1) territory. 7. At least one active WeChat template (CT_1) is present in the system and is available to the SR user. 8. Subscribed A1 account is present in the system and available to the SR user. 9. A Share Content action button is added for HCO/HCP page layouts. 10. Message Queue Transactions trigger handler is activated. 11. "EmailQueuetAttemptErrorMessageHandler" trigger handler for OCEQueuetAttemptc object is created and activated in OCE2 package. 12. "UpdateQueueAttempErrorMessage" TriggerHandler metadata record is created and activated (Setup -> Custom Metadata Types -> Trigger Handlers). 13. QIDC_WC_Template_c, ContentTemplate_c entities are activated (Admin Console -> Mobile -> Entities). 14. New text field “OCE__ErrorMessage__c" is added to "OCE__QueuetAttempt__c" object. 15. Login as an SR user into the Salesforce Lightning web app. U_1 user has been logged in. 2. Open the Accounts tab and click on the name of A_1 account The A_1 account's page has been opened. 3. Click on the Activity History tab. The Activity History page has been opened. It contains the failed WeChat message transaction with the next status: “A WeChat message failed”. 4. Click on the drop-down menu next to WeChat message transaction. The dropdown menu has been opened. The following message has been displayed: “Your administrator has enabled WeChat template message limit to doctors. XX (account name) has reached the limit for today” 5. Logout. U_1 user has been logged out from the web app.
