# Compilation of User Stories of Dad DAO
Influence Change and Learn to Earn.
DAD NFT gives access to $INFL -> $CHANGE -> $LEARN -> $EARN
### High-Level Goal
Grow social capital shared between all members of the community by creating high-quality membership via a learning environment that is a "safe space/spawn" for people learning about crypto. People who are active contributors will have increased financial and social capital access and opportunity via $EARN and project funding via the community treasury as voted upon by an increasingly educated majority of the community.
> Metrics that effectively operationalize contribution efforts can be easily visualized by an individual's Tier of Role as well as historical on-chain data of rate and amount of non-economic Tokens earned over time. This system also has the added benefit of reducing risk of potential for value loss when funding a given Team's Project in a way that is better than blindly throwing money at a project on a Launchpad project platform.
### Four (4) Token System
1. $LEARN (no economic value) = social filtering down people who are high-value and active contributors | Supply: 1B | Resets quarterly. (Clawback, Freeze)
> Example:
> In a quarter, earning a certain amount of $LEARN converts to a certain tier and gets wiped each quarter (see possible conversions below):
> S-tier (50 $LEARN)
> A-tier (30 $LEARN)
> B-tier (10 $LEARN)
2. $EARN (has economic value - we create liquidity pool on top of this token's supply) = once people who meet a certain threshold of having a certain amount of $LRNT token then they are allowed access to have their projects funded by the community treasury | Supply: 1B | No reset. (No Clawback, No Freeze)
> Example:
> To unlock $EARN you need to have a minimum of:
> 50 $LEARN AND
> 90 $CHANGE OR use 3:1 $INFL to $CHANGE
3. $CHANGE (no economic value - token has baked-in inflation so everyone gets it unless they get reported for bad behavior/language/etc.) = boosts 1 NFT is 1 vote to 1 NFT + quadratic flattened $FEEL added to 2 votes. | Supply: 1B | (Clawback, Freeze)
4. $INFL (no economic value) - 1 token is awarded by other users for helping one another from the treasury by a text command i.e., !rep [@Discord name] [reason] | Supply: 1B | (Clawback, Freeze)
> Help people out to earn $INFL which is rewarded by other Dad DAO members using Discord Bot command (!reward [user] – max 1 $REP/unique user/day)
In terms of difficulty to get, the order of non-economic based tokens should be in this order:
1) $LEARN
2) $CHANGE
3) $INFL
All non-economic "pricing" functions should value $LEARN the greatest.
> Example: To Mint another Dad DAO NFT to invite a friend into the server the cost should look like:
> 100 $LEARN (Roughly equivalent to creating one tutorial or possibly consuming a few tutorials)
> 700 $CHANGE (Assuming 100 $CHANGE is issued daily - goal issuance rate is roughly one invite per week)
> 5 $INFL (Helping roughly 5 people with random things)
## User Stories
1. User mints Dad DAO NFT via ALGO or a specific $LEARN, $CHANGE or $INFL token amount.
2. Dad DAO NFT gives user access to the Discord Server. Once "activated" the NFT will be "soulbound" to the wallet after confirmation and will not be tradeable.
> This can be potentially done by a double NFT mint and the smart contract checks for the second NFT to be frozen on the address with the manager address removed. A webpage on the DadDao.org website assists with crafting this "soulbound" transaction in addition to a drop-down menu giving the option for a Role and/or Team creation.
> Finalize ARC-333 proposal to make sure the JSON format meets the criteria for all necessary information for the DAO. https://github.com/Dad-DAO/ARC-333
3. Dad DAO NFT allows users to choose Role.
4. Choosing a Role opens up specific channels that were previously hidden to show learning resources specific to that Role.
5. User can choose to learn* OR create* tutorials for their given role in a given week and earn $LEARN.
> Reward for completing learning or tutorial is based upon a formula that includes: experience and tutorial difficulty (math function needs to be formalized). Example: Learning how to draw a circle in GIMP yields 100 $SOCIAL. Creating a tutorial for how to draw the circle yields 100 $LEARN. Open up process of determining how much that Artist community defines how much a learner should be paid to learn how to draw a circle as well as how much should be paid for creating that tutorial.
>
> *Learn: consuming tutorial resource and having completed project verified
> *Create: content creation for the channel category - a tutorial on how to use photoshop to create animated gifs in Photoshop/Illustrator + AfterEffects
> Based on their peers within that Role, peers verify if activity was completed.
6. Users earn $SOCIAL tokens from continuous daily chatter in the Discord server.
> Continually issued rewards tracked via Discord Bot and sent to Algorand addresses associated w/ accounts daily/weekly. Punishment for breaking rules is done by resetting/penalizing current $SOCIAL token amount.
7. Users become eligible for organizing into a Team as soon as they choose a Role. (Team is initially ineligible for $CHANGE until they meet the token requirements)
8. Teams can propose Projects to be funded by the majority of the community.
> Max funding is based on composition of the Team (they are restricted to a certain amount of funding proportionate to a calculation based on the person with the highest tier Role and Experience as well as there existing a bottleneck on the amount of funding that can be extracted).
9. There exists a slider for determining value in a project to be given back to the DAO based on the DAO's investment.
> Example: Of $1000 worth of funding given to a Project, maybe 10% royalties on NFTs associated w/ project assigned to Dad DAO treasury address or 10% of token supply sent to Dad DAO treasury.
10. NFTs allowing scoped permission/visibility in a current project can be created and sold by the Team associated with the project.
11. There can only be 1 Project associated with 1 Team.
12. Each DAO Member can only be part of 1 Team at a time.
> Team must be a collection of an odd number of Members
> Team stays together until Project is completed or abandoned
> Penalty for Project abandonment
13. In order to get funding, the Team has to have a certain amount of $LEARN, $CHANGE and $INFL.
14. The DadDAO.org website has a Bounty Board with all the project proposals that have been proposed by organized Teams looking for funding by the community treasury.
15. The front page of the DadDAO.org website will also be where you can Mint the NFT on Mint Day.
16. There can be a secondary NFT marketplace for the DadDAO NFT on DadDAO.org as well in addition to reaching out to other NFT marketplaces in the Algorand ecosystem.

Elaborative notes system on what went wrong and why a user was penalized for an action/behavior, etc. - Find out if mistake? Minor error? Misunderstanding? (Judicial Role?)
Adding a political 'Whips' system similar to political party whips and have rotating political perspective thought leaders elected by DAO members to prevent echochamber dynamics. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whip_(politics)
