# Addressya
[Brook](/RqCdSSkuTXWMprEfcuUBNw) had an impromptu meeting with [Karoline](/CqAi-JrJQ8uu2IwttNmVNA) to discuss Addressya, a wayfinding tool. During the discussion both discovered one of the issues being a Product-Market-Fit issue, not a branding and marketing issue.
To further clarify the issue(s) and explore potential solutions, it was agreed to hold a Brand Discovery Session with Addressya – represented by [Karoline](/CqAi-JrJQ8uu2IwttNmVNA) and her co-founder [Maria](/70ayQjidR46Z7BzmKwdpKA) – and Brook&Co. – represented by [Brook](/RqCdSSkuTXWMprEfcuUBNw) and [Brook Abebe](/iglCUPVrQJGoIy-crzjNxQ).
In this document, the process, deliverables, and the price paid in exchange for that has been clarified.

## Pricing
A total of **450 USD** has been aggreed to be paid via PayPal. Agreement has been reached on the above amount and deliverables after discussions with [Karoline](/CqAi-JrJQ8uu2IwttNmVNA) and [Maria](/70ayQjidR46Z7BzmKwdpKA).
We require:
- 30% upfront paid via paypal,
- 30% upon delivery of Brand Discovery Report,
- and 40% after the completion of the last 2-hour call.
