# Chronomancer Main overview A T2 caste focused around the distortion of space and time, using it both offensively and with some utility. The chronomancer will bounce around the battle field with high mobility dashes flinging dangerous projectiles that phase matter out of existence given enough time, while distorting the very ground it treads on. Its ultimate ability able to sever an opponent from reality itself. ## Ability Overview **Time - Accelerate:** Short ranged dash (4 tiles) that *distorts* tiles around the initial location, movement is based on direction of sprite. Each tile moved launches a *temporal shard* at the nearest target. Goes through allies and non-dense objects. **Time - decelerate:** Short ranged dash (4 tiles) that *distorts* tiles around the initial location, movement is based on direction, throws caste backwards of where sprite is facing. launches a scatter type shot of *temporal shards* at the nearest target. Goes through allies and non-dense objects. **Space - Distort:** Grabs nearby turfs in a large radius (5 tiles), scrambling them randomly in a chaotic manner. Creating a field of space-time distortions which will displace anything that walks into them. ***PRIMORDIAL*** **Space - Void:** After a small delay, charge up a field of energy, snaring any living being caught in it before cutting them off from reality. Sending them into a pocket realm where they will be constantly under the effects of *temporal shards* as well as taking small amounts of random damage (burn, brute, toxin). ### Non - ability effects **status effect - temporal shards:** Being hit by temporal shards or under the affect of them by being in the void, will begin to build up on the body, each hit by a projectile will build the effect by 1, the *void* will increase by 2 per second, upon reaching 20 a random leg or arm will phase out of existence for 5 seconds before reappearing. **Passive - Unstable Entity:** As the caste takes more damage, their armor will begin to decrease instead of taking sunder. Certain thresholds of health with trigger bursts of *distort* around the xeno, as well as teleporting projectiles. #### Stats (place holder) **Health:** 350 **Plasma:** 1000 **slash:** 18 **Armor:** 90 all types (balanced around losing health reduces armor, so even one shot will begin to burn away at this quickly)
