> I have over 12 years of experience as a developer, I have went through many different frontend frameworks and backend languages. I keep up to date on both the frontend and backend so I can have a full funnel view of the tech landscape. I have lead large teams and small teams for Red Ventures and I have built out many many projects and a plethora of languages and frameworks. I have experience in the full funnel of the software lifecycle. Less experience with Node itself but I have a vast knowledge of javascript and backend standards and architecture so I am sure anything I may be missing I can pick up and feel confident to teach with no issues.

I have gone through helping may engineers on many problems and experienced a lot of different learning styles and generally came out with the individual feeling like they can solve the problem and have learned along the way. > Ever since my college days I loved solving problems from our courses and then sitting in our labs with class mates and help them through the issues. Always gave a great feeling of satisfaction with you see another person grasp a concept and run with it. I had always had aspirations to one day return to the college scene and teach college cs or web engineering classes so this seems like a great way to get those aspirations fulfilled. I am passionate about technology and I am excited about teaching others and helping them to grasp complicated tech concepts.
