# ParkWARE Terms of Use

### Section 1: **Definitions**

"ParkWARE assets": Relating to any game, document, server, script, mesh, clothing, 3D object or images created or licenced to use by a 3rd party for ParkWARE.

"ParkWARE Command": Any member who is the rank of Support Staff, Community Lead or Executive Team.

### Section 2: **Community Rules**

You are to abide by all of the community rules at any given time. These rules can be found in the #information channel within any official ParkWARE discord server.

If you are in violation of these rules you are liable to punishment. Every incident is dealt with on a case by case basis to determine the best outcome for the individuals affected and in the best interest of the community.

### Section 3: **ROBLOX Community Standards**
You are required to follow the ROBLOX Community Standards while you are in a ParkWARE owned game.

### Section 4: **Agreement**

Upon entry into the community, you are required to agree to follow the rules. This is included in the whitelist request. Failing to agree to the rules are grounds for denial or removal.

### **Section 5: Stolen Assets**

If you are found to be in possession of any ParkWARE assets, you will be removed.

#### **Section 5.1: Unauthorized Distribution of Assets**

The unauthorized distribution of ParkWARE assets are prohibited and will result in removal.

#### **Section 5.2: Unauthorized Exposure of Assets**

The unauthorized exposure of any ParkWARE assets is prohibited and will result in removal if the intention was to advertise, condone or spread the affected asset.

### **Section 6: Allegations**

Any allegations of Discord, ROBLOX or ParkWARE rule breaking will be investigated thoroughly and to a detailed extent. Everyone who is being investigated have the right to have their voice heard.

Any allegations of illegal activity will result in temporary removal of the subject until the investiation has concluded. If sufficient evidence is gathered, the user will be reported to discord, roblox and any other appropriate authorities.

### **Section 7: Terms of Use Establishment**

The ParkWARE Terms of Use (ToU) are to be followed alongside the 5 ingame/ discord rules.
