Employee Rights have been established to maintain a good working environment whilst off the ROBLOX platform. There will be strict adherence to this at all times. This has been created in response to August 2021 investigation into ROBLOX exploiting young game developers. --- ### Other Important Information - Employees will be given generous deadlines - Employees may request time off for any valid reason - Employees real lives must be taken into consideration - Employees other interests and hobbies must be considered --- ### Final Comments Employees will obviously have other rights covered by the ECHR (European Convention for Human Rights) and will always be applicable, employee or not.
