# ParkWARE: Non Disclosure Agreement ![](https://i.imgur.com/tvMRVc5.png) --- ### Agreement Upon receiving a role that is considered a "command role" you automatically are bound by a non disclosure agreement. Failure to abide by the conditions set will result in termination. All members of command (excluding ParkWARE executives) are considered employees and are bound by this. Former Command and Employees will still be bound by this and the conditions will still apply. --- ### Definitions "Command Channels" are defined as channels in which command members have exclusive access to. "Employee" is defined as anyone employed to conduct a specific duty to ParkWARE as a game production organisation. "Command Role" is considered the following positions; - Admissions & Safety - Developer - Department Head - Community Lead ### Terms of Agreement You may not share, distribute or copy any content within what is defined as "Command Channels". This includes recording or screensharing messages sent in both text channels and voice channels. You may not edit, inspect element or otherwise alter any messages inside of any ParkWARE discord server and share them outside of the organisation to a 3rd party. Any sensitive information collected during a background check on an individual will not be shared or discussed publically. Any data collected by ParkWARE command from applications, surveys or any other information collection to benefit the organisation will not be shared with anyone outside of command. --- ### ParkWARE Executives ParkWARE executives also must follow this NDA, however do have exemptions in certain cases to share information if it is the public interest. ### Final Comments Common sense should be exercised with every case. However, even an accidental breach of this agreement can result in concequences.
