ticketing - have initiall invite list, move to pretix, give away some tickets
ef will provide us wristbands
if we want to have Recording whole day we need to arrange it
sponsors - have rollup, have booth, or have sponsors table
bring laptop adapters
ask how. many volunteeers we ahve - need
ask people if they. want. to be involved. in the. form - be scribe/vounteer
ask if. people are staying for all day - lunch if vegetarian /vegan lunch
we will get 10 coworking passes

donation based - use google form for that - send vouncher codes for pretix afterwards
free tickets but if you want to donate you can to wallet address

get form out, send vouchers to accepted people
accept some number of people
reserve some 30 GAs for walk-ins
give out 250 ticket vouchers
keep track of who's not going to show up to give out extra tickets on the ground
sell one day tickets - two diff ticket type
- put this into a form

accepted people will get voucher
give ticket to people who submitted eip
add timeline - redeem ticket to X date
send vouchers to people who has reputation via magi forum

ask for donation oor public contribution to Magi grant
we want this event to be community oriented and so we want to take donation from The Graph as Community supporters

Council, very similar style as we did in Prague or Berlin.
People proposes topics then split to room, corners and discuss topics, work on problem, decision making...

Get approx 3-5 leaders for each day who can lead sessions.
