First and foremost, kick back, have fun, be yourself! Feel free to lounge in the common areas, watch TV shows and movies, cook gourmet meals, and make this your home away from home.

All we ask is that you do your part to always maintain a peaceful and pleasant home for all. There may be several guests in the house at any given time, and everyone deserves a wonderful experience. Maintaining a quiet environment is of utmost importance as many guests work night and sleep during the day.

Use common sense and do your part. Clean up after cooking, put your dishes in the dish washer, start the dishwasher, empty the dishwasher, pick up your messes, don't leave laundry in the machines, leave room in the fridge and freezer for others, etc.

Below are some basic ground rules. These rules are intended to keep the house safe and secure, maintain order and cleanliness, and create an optimal space for all.

- No smoking, vaping, illegal activities, drugs, parties, or excessive alcohol consumption anywhere on the premises.
- Rooms are single occupancy unless other arrangements have been made in advance and approved.
- No overnight guests unless arranged in advance.
- Do not share your door code with anyone who is not a registered guest in your party. Protect your door code at all times from others watching over your shoulder. The safety and security of all guests is top priority.
- Do not park in the driveway for any extended period of time. You may use it moving in and out, unloading and loading your belongings and groceries. Otherwise, it is reserved for Uber/Lyft pickups/dropoffs, food delivery drivers, and maintenance staff. We reserve the right to tow any unauthorized vehicles.
- Be RESPECTFUL and COURTEOUS to all guests, hosts, and maintenance staff at all times.
- Dress appropriately in all common areas to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone.
- Promptly and thoroughly clean up after yourself and your visitors.
- Tidy up after yourself in common areas and bathrooms, do not expect others to clean up your messes.
- Make sure to minimize use of space in refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets, as this space must be shared with all guests.
- Occasionally go through your food and discard rotting, old and expired items.
- Clean out all of your food and items from the fridge, freezer, and cabinets when you move out.
- No outdoor shoes in house. Please remove your shoes at the front door and place them on the shoe rack. You are welcome to wear slippers or clean house shoes, but please don't wear outdoor shoes in the house.
- Observe quiet hours from 10pm until 8am.
- Maintain a quiet environment all day, as many guests work night shifts.
- Honor the masking and social distancing comfort levels of other guests.
- No piracy, illegal downloads, excessive bandwidth consumption, or excessive power consumption. No cryptocurrency mining allowed.

Be warned that guests who do not follow these rules will have their reservation terminated and access to the home revoked. Guests are responsible for any additional expenses caused by not adhering to these rules.
