# Toronto Fire Services Nondisclosure Agreement
As per the established charter of the City of Toronto, Canada, an employeee binding agreement is hereby to be established. In accordiance to its guidelines, this agreement shall form a bind between the employee, and Toronto Fire Services (Toronto Fire Operations).

## SECTION I. Parameters and Requirements
### SECTION I.I Parameters
It is to be said, that a player binding agreement shall be established, and immediately taken into effect upon the signature of the City Representative. This established agreement, in which an employee must sign, may only be severed at the discretion of the Commissioners, Acting Commissioners, and the City Representative. If the opposite party of agreement is to sever this bind, relating in the terms of the following:
- Retraction without notice
- Defacing Department and City Posessions
- Stealing and or distributing without authorization
Thou party shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent by city officials, and department systems.
### SECTION I.II Requirements
It is to be said, all employed in the name of Toronto Fire Services (Toronto Fire Operations) shall be required upon signature to pledge to this agreement. If a party proceeds to avoid agreement, the said party shall be terminated, and or removed from the Toronto Fire Services (Toronto Fire Operations). It is also to be said, that any party seeking employment, shall be subject to the required agreement, and in contrast the department shall be given full authority to refuse employment if the said agreement and pledge has not been set.
## SECTION II. Agreement Body
- All members employed, or seeking employment, must agree compliance to the department terms of service and policies
- Any asset, item, document, curriculum, and any further item that shall be classified and granted to the use and operations of Toronto Fire Services (Toronto Fire Operations) shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any item or asset granted to Toronto Fire Services (Toronto Fire Operations) will now hold full ownership, and full rights to the said department, and city.
- Any violation, specifically including the parameters discussed in Section I.I, shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent by the department, and city officials.
- Toronto Fire Services (Toronto Fire Operations) and the city of Toronto, may grant approval of removal, if a notice starting at one week is given.
- All inquiries of asset or item removal shall be confronted in an agreement with the Commissioners, Acting Commissioners, and the City Representative.
