# Design Process Starter / Redesigns - Schedule a call with stakeholders; project leads, maintainers, contributors, there may be lots of them but in open source it's important to get these different perspectives. - Gather requirements from stakeholders. - Long term plans of the project - Target Audiance (3 groups who it is suited for) - Create moodboards based on those requirements. - Generate colour pallettes to accompany the moodboards. Can be done using tools like https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel - Present moodboards and palletes to project leads and other steakholders. - Asyncounous communications like voting can be used to gather a wider community feedback from project stakeholders and community before discussing on a call. - Gather all of all the content and lay it out in a single space. - In UI or Website Design content is key. You can have the best grid setup, and typography and colours chosen, but can completly lose users/visitors if the content is not clear.
