# CL Topics/Themes/Guests for D2D Collabs

### High-Level Strategy Outline
- (provocation) - Ongoing critical updates on our collective perception of DAOs
- Incite at the beginning of each space... *What* the DAO, *how* the DAO, *why* the DAO
- Invite guests to chime in, but not present their own work. Each gets a brief intro, but the whole episode is not dedicated to existing research.
- Moves directly into the second order conversation. Straight to elaboration.
- We will make it clear that we are crafting a social space, not prepping a soapbox.
- Strategy: make a list of potential guests, invite them all, but perform no followup. Let the guest pool weed itself out organically.
- Create a backlog of guests

- What is governance
- Different types of voting
- e.g signalling (snapshot), token, conviction, quadratic, share/reputation, 1h1v, others?

- All the process of how the decision gets made and what happens when the decision gets made
- Education component, but also a comedic/gossipy component relaying things that happen in DAOs

- Why are DAOs different from traditional organizations or web2 companies?

- Futuring/defuturing: potential pathways that we are stepping into, trying to very intentionally craft certain directions, while simultaneously closing down other potential futures.
- How do we reconcile ideas of inclusion and diversity with the exlcusionary utopian idea of going *somewhere specifically* and that means *not everyone can come*?
