# Collab.Land Analytics Dashboard **[High level Scope:]** To create a set of Custom Dashboards that will help the Collab.Land community track adoption. Analytics will focus on tracking Membership (stats on members), Governance (discord discussion, proposals & voting) and Finances (TVL and funds). ## Platform View This view provides a high level overview of Collab.Land. Our focus will be to construct queries and graphs related to # bot installations, # wallet connections, # of active communities, # of active voters as a percentage of total members. Below is a list of initial questions that our preliminary investigation suggests we can answer. **Service** - [ ] Count of installs ? (Time series and a Counter) - [ ] Count of wallet connections? (Time series and a Counter) - [ ] Are people quitting and getting kicked or are there changes in discord and or DAO membership overtime? **DAO** - [ ] How much value is locked in the DAO currently? (Vault TVL, Distribution of tokens in the treasury) - [ ] How much value has flown through the DAO? (Revenue + Spends) - [ ] Proposal velocity relative to grace period **Marketplace** - [ ] TVL locked in the Marketplace? (USD) - [ ] # of installs of Miniapps on the marketplace? (Time series and a Counter) - [ ] # of wallets staking in the marketplace (Total Number of wallets across all DAOs, 5 number summary display of the number of votes per proposal) - [ ] How does the funnel look for average DAO proposals? submitted -> sponsored -> passed ## Single Community View This view provides a low level overview of the activity in a single Collab.Land discord server or telegram group. Our focus will again be to construct queries and graphs related to Membership, Governance, and Finances, but on an individual Organization level.
