## Communication channels

Private gitter channels for each project created by mentees and including all mentors:

## Meetings

- kick-off with each mentee as early as possible next week
- one short meeting with all available mentors each week (per mentee)
- daily standups (maybe not, or some days with Meli)
- daily office hours 09:30-10:30 CEST with Hager
- monthly community calls?
- dedicated meetings|co-hacking

## Conferences

- Posters: BOSC, GCC
- Attending ELIXIR All-Hands (tools session + SW management + what else?)
