此時此刻，如果我們要女性主義、反殖民、無障礙空間，我們該照料、同身在側（甚至是慾望）的對象為何？該怎麼做？

Matters of Care 作者以「推測式倫理」（speculative ethics）替代威權的原則規定

像第四章講到土壤「照料」方式的轉變，從生產掛帥，到重新培養土壤醞釀微生物、昆蟲、動物的能力：「Coming back to the articulations of care and temporality, I turn to how these reorientations of soil care, as they subordinate production to immersed relation, trouble the linearity of productionist futurity and ex- traction from the soil dominating in contemporary technoscience.」 (200)（回到照料與時間性的銜接，我轉向這些土壤照料的重新適應，當他們把生產當作次要，轉而埋首於關係，也挑戰了當代科技主導的線性式未來生產主義與土壤開採。）
