- And then, we make teams where we have participants with expertise in each aspect depending on the project requirement.

- Check if they are capable of producing what they promise to (or expect to)
- Reach out to mentor when in doubt about selecting a candidate (if required)

- Rather than asking participants what they want to build, ==ask what they are good at!==
- The mentors can then suggest some 2/3 options which suit their skillset and area of interest the most.

:zap: What can be the **End Product**?

- The outcome ==shouldn’t necessarily be a dApp== or any visible end product.
- It can also be research work, or contribute to an already existing project and document the improvements.
:zap: How do we **form the groups**?

- We give the participants the ==flexibility to form their own teams==, and if some of them need assistance in doing so, we'll help them out.
- Make thier timeline of availability visible so that they can form groups accordingly.
:zap: How do we **tackle the exam situation**, and how do we make it flexible?

- We ask the participants to specify their engagements for the next 3-4 months.
- We will need to give the college going partcipants flexibility in the timeline to accomodate their exams.

:zap: Who will hold the rights to the **Intellectual Properties** built under विVIDH?

- We will have the projects/ideas/research work as ==Open Source== until atleast under the duration of विVIDH.
- Moving forward, the participants can take it forward, as a startup of their own, etc by deciding with the mentors and guides. We would prefer to keep it open-source.
:zap: Should we try and get **mentors/guides for other technologies**, like Web Development, UI/UX, etc?

- That is something that we can do.
- We can try and have some talks or mentoring sessions arranged on the same.
- The requirement for continuous support might not be required, rather a mentoring figure will be more appropriate.

#### 1. We will use ==Like Minds== as our communication platform for विVIDH.
- To get a preview of the platform and to get familiar with it, we will soon shift all our communication from Whatsapp to Like Minds.
- It is a platform to build communities, more like a group management tool with the DNA of Whatsapp and Telegram available on both android and iOS.
- If we feel that the platform lacks some features necessary for the daily operations of विVIDH, other platforms will be considered in addition to Like Minds. We will still use Like Minds for general communication.
#### 2. We will be sharing a ==MoU== with all the mentors and guides and we expect it to be signed and reverted back to us as per your convenience.
#### 3. We have shortlisted a good number of participants for virtual interviews and the same is underway. We can expect for it to be done by mid-week.
#### 4. About the ==Induction Week== :
- Once we are done finalizing the participants, we'll get on with the induction week, mostly ==starting next Friday==.
- As mentioned in the roadmap, we have planned for 3 sessions followed by a span of 4 days for the participants to go through the resources shared to them.
- ==We will require all of yours presence in the **DAY 2** of the induction week (tentatively next Saturday, ) as we will introduce you all to the first batch of विVIDH & they will get an thorough overview of the programme.==
