# Gibbs Reflective Cycle Practice

* **Description (What happened?)**
* Machine Learning: mixed cohort in the classroom.
* MAS: coursework released on Monday and deadline set on the Friday in the same week.
* MAS8403: got really good supports from Joe.
* MAS8404: the ML did not know there are apprentices in the classroom. Did not know about the apprenticeship scheme. No grading metrics released (the only module did not have). Did not know the background and learning expectations of the apprentices.
* CSC8641: the ML adapted the way of teaching after talking to the apprentices.
* **Feelings (What were you thinking and feeling?)**
* Difficult on time management. Do not feel like an apprentice.
* **Evaluation (What was good and bad about the experences?)**
* Different expections from different learners
* The day and time released for the apprenticeship learning.
* MAS runs very short. The content was a big jump regarding the mathematical concepts.
