Let's see our main topics for today's call: ### Comunication - We should start paying more attention to our Telegram groups and LATAM category on the forums. - All Ambassadors should keep an eye on these groups and LATAM activities. Checking groups/forums a couple of times everyday shouldn't take much of our time. - Engage in talks, generate discussion in our community. With SC soon gone, we want to keep the activity on our categories. This alone will mean a victory for us. - **Иван здесь! Already started!** - Make a formal announcement of us dropping some translations to focus on creating material for the Comm Portal, and future projects (like Instagram). - **Check [here](https://hackmd.io/xqUlTreTSKaMpx4Qs_x9sQ) and give good ol' Uncle Vanya some goddamn feedback, would you?** - Moderation Roles, the forgotten topic... We talked about generating some internal-rules to moderate our community. What are we going to do with it? - **I think one thing we should keep an eye on is **translations**. If we have a lot of people translating content from the Forum and they made mistakes (like the onboarding/offboarding issue that happened some time ago), or even if translations are crappy, that can give us some backlash. It is supposed that ---even when we are in a DAO--- that is one of our domains. We do have a 1yr suscription). - Where are we going to gather all of these multiple DOCs we've worked on? (MOM, DOCs, Comm Portal). Instead of another Notion, a brand new website? This one has to look _sharp_. - Should be designing some cool pics for the DOCs website (who will be able to do this?) - Or maybe just use Hostgator, which has an [easy website builder](https://www.hostgator.com/website-builder). For this we should pay around 4usd per month for a year. - How we doing? - Talk about our work so far... - Any more ideas on this matter? --- ### Awesome-MakerDAO Here we have some educational content we have not yet considered. Please, check it out! It's from a couple of years ago, but I think we can get some cool things from it if we investigate it. This could include interviews with latam members of MakerDAO like Pablo, Nadia, Mariano, Juan, etc. **- Agrego: Gala and Joaquín?** - **También podemos pensar en personas no estrictamente relacionadas con Maker. Temáticas económicas, políticas y sociales no deben ser dejadas afuera. Además, en nuestra realidad latinoamericana están totalmente imbricadas. En el Foro se esta hablando de medioambiente, de sociedad, de geopolítica. Case this is a bi-weekly space or something like that). A place to chitchat and answer to community questions. - Create our own Tweets (while keeping translations from Growth and MakerDAO official accounts). - Probably not so hard to do. Tweets shouldn't that long. Could make it - We should probably think of paying ads and make some cool pics and posts to promote and add more people to our account!
