## C-fixation and *Actinobacteria*
Maggie's talk mentioned that from the lipid profiles they anticipated Actinobacteria being there, and that we could see if they might be involved in C-fixation if we recovered any genomes of them.
We do have 20 high-quality MAGs for them out of the 131 total MAGs that were recovered. And it seems that 7 of those 20 Actinobacteria MAGs have the genes for C-fixation through the CBB cycle 👍
