# Plan
Stock upload to start from 25 Jun 2024 and end on 27 Jun 2024

Stock to be changed to Zero on planed days

Please follow following checklist

### BA Check List

* **If Customer comes during stock upload -**
* Save the inventory
* do not reduce the sold stock from the upload
* continue with the stock upload later
* update sales at the end of the day
:::

- [ ] Check if Stock Zero
- [ ] Go to Stock in Option on home page
- [ ] Slect Opening Option
- [ ] Select Saleable Godown option
- [ ] Upload sealable stock
- [ ] Save inventory
- [ ] confirm yes
- [ ] Go Back and select GWP godown
- [ ] Upload GWP Stock
- [ ] Add 1 CDU if CDU available
- [ ] Save Inventory
- [ ] Confirm yes
- [ ] Go to home page
- [ ] Select Tester Option
- [ ] Upload the tester stock
- [ ] save inventory

**SUGAR**

**Quench**

### Supervisor/SE Checklist

- [ ] Check if all stores stock uploaded on planned dates
- [ ] Check if SUGAR and Quench both uploaded
- [ ] Check if Stock value is correct (Approx) of the uploaded stock

* **DO NOT** place any secondary order during planned days
* **MAKE SURE** all secondary already placed is inwarded or cancelled before the planned stock upload day for the respective store
* Do stock audit of unmanned/vacant stores by yourself
* :radioactive_sign: MARK ALL **RETURNS to distributor** before stock upload day on massit
