In order to protect these rights we must also limit them, to of whom express concerns for the limits of freedom may those concerns be answered in the sections below. These sections shall create the balance between free and chambered in our nation, and all who wish to reside under our nation shall be treated as one of our people.</p>

No person shall be forced to create, destroy, or conduct any actions under bribery or persuasion nor may an individual be forced to conduct actions under hypnosis or controlling of the mind, this law shall not be taken away from an individual without due process through law under non-malicious intentions of The High Councils or Lower Crowns.</p>

<p class="part" data-startline="16" data-endline="16" data-position="727" data-size="0">Tourists or visitors of the nation may not possess a weapon capable of lethal force, this includes leaders of other nations or gaurds from abroad, leaders visiting the nation may be presented with the proper elite protection. All tourists and visitors seen with a lethal weapon without the ability to provide citizenship documents may have their weapon seized and they may be investigated by a court or house under Euxýodiýí law or be sent back to their nation of origin.

The High Councils and Lower Crowns shall not attempt to bribe, persuade, and/or pressure the individual into selling or giving up plots of their land, all individuals whom own the property reserve the right to deny or accept persuasions and money from The High Councils and Lower Crowns, pre-owned land that is sold to the government must be sold for twice its value and the proper paperwork must be completed, failure to reach the minimum requirements of twice the lands value and attempting to decieve the individual is a criminal-crime and The High Council or Lower Crown member may have charges filed against them and compensation must be payed to the individual, damages done to the land prior to purchase must be repaired by the individual and constructions done by the individual will be ordered to be removed from the land.</p>

Individuals also reserve the right to stay silence towards any allegations or people, however the right to silence may be temporarily taken when on stand in a court or house under Euxýodiýí law, law enforcement, the government, and another person may not target or forcefully cause an individual to speak or not speak.

No individual may harass, or intentionally cause grief and harm to one or their family for their religion, one accused of religious profiling shall be charged, and/or imprisoned as profiling is classified as a misdemeanor.

<p class="part" data-startline="16" data-endline="16" data-position="727" data-size="0">All children, teenagers, and infants have the natural born right to be educated freely at no charge, no private schools, public schools, or any education infastructure may exploit parents and children into paying for an education below the age of 15, when a teenager turns 15 they are officially an adult within the nation and may no longer recieve free education from the government, textbooks and academic items are free for use and borrowing when within public schooling property no matter if it is considered a college, university, or school.

<p class="part" data-startline="16" data-endline="16" data-position="727" data-size="0">The general wellfare of the people shall be monitered constantly, all individuals shall have free healthcare, ambulance rides, and treatments within hospitals in the nation, no hospitals or places of health may charge patients or people for treatments or diagnosises. Private healthcare places may not charge costs for an ambulance but may charge 30% less than the resources required during an ambulance ride, if a patient refuses to pay this fee within a private healthcare institution then service may be denied at the discretion of the associasiation.

<p class="part" data-startline="16" data-endline="16" data-position="727" data-size="0">The people reserve the right to recieve compensation from the individuals involved in the investigation of a murder crime or a crime that has involved death, if the investigator fails to identify the murderer and bring the family to justice then the family may file for compensation due to trauma, if the government fails to bring justice to the grieving family, they may press charges and recieve compensation for the death of a member.

<p class="part" data-startline="16" data-endline="16" data-position="727" data-size="0">The people of the nation reserve the right to assemble together during a time of war and protest against it, law enforcement may not oppress the protesters or harm them in any way unless it escalates to violence, protesting during a time of peace is considered an infraction, however, the people may assemble to protest peacefully to members of The High Councils or Lower Crowns, members of the houses may forcefully disassemble and split the protesters.

Shall an individual destroy or harm a natural environment in any way, shape or form, they may be prosecuted and imprisoned, exiled, or executed under Euxýodiýí law depending on the amount of damage caused by the individual.

Law Enforcement may not stop an animal operated by an individual unless they are suspected to be on-the-run. Individuals leaving or coming into the country shall be required to show citizenship to border checks, tourists may show valid and official citizenship documents from other recognised countries.

Those within the borders of Euxýodiýí are exempt from paying the government and market taxes, this also prevents all markets and shops within borders to place taxes on essentials such as food, school items, and beds.

District laws shall not affect the individual and gauranteed rights of the people of the nation and all district laws must be approved by The Lower Crowns and ratified in a court of house of law. No district laws shall prey on individuals of certain religion, race, and appearance or threaten ones natural rights and given rights.

Every district shall have a national and district identification card given to an individual once they reach the age of 15, attempts to forge an identification card is a capital crime and the individually may recieve punishment not limited to execution and banishment.
