1. Debugger >> Select Tool >> 4 MPLAB SIM
2. View >> File Register
- you can select Symbolic, the Symbol Name - 'WREG' means the w register
4. View >> Special Function Registers
5. View >> Program Memory

Then you can execute step by step(click "Step Into") and watch the difference of registers
