# F43 Release Party Speaker Management Information

Below are the names of folks who have been invited as speakers for F43 release party. There are 10 slots available for 15 min sessions, either pre-recorded or live. CC'd in all invitation emails are Justin Wheeler, Shaun McCance and Jef Spaleta. Confirmed speakers presenting live are encouraged to edit the wiki page of the release party directly and select their preferred slot.

Time: 13:00 UTC – 16:00 UTC
Session Format: 15 mins live* or pre-recorded presentation**
Deadline to confirm participation: Friday 31 October 2025
Deadline to submit self-recorded presentation: Monday, 17 November 2025

* For live presentations, please let me know your preferred time slot as soon as possible from the timeframe given.

** For Pre-recorded Presentations, the organiser team will be able to assist you by setting up a google meet invite and will offer to record your presentation if you would prefer to record this way. We would like to schedule any assisted presentation recordings for the week of November 10 - 17. Please let us know if you would like to avail of this option.
