Through creating podcasts, we aim to focus on and interview individuals or organizations actively driving public goods and participating in the Ethereum core community within the Neutrino Global blockchain shared space.
Firstly, through preliminary market research, we'll select the following representative individuals or organizations:
(Note: The order is random and does not imply any ranking; the list will be periodically updated)

The goal is to use the podcast series to help a broader Ethereum community gain knowledge about public goods.
We will share the research or practical experiences of individuals or organizations involved in public goods or public goods donations, compiling their experimental outcomes and unique insights into written materials for reference, learning, and use by more people.
Explore feasible podcast series themes and create a schedule for the series.
Themes are initially divided into the following two parts:
Combining online and offline activities:
Community Support:
Content Compilation:
In-depth perspectives on individual influence
Using Kevin Owocki as an example:
Kevin, a computer science graduate, co-founded Gitcoin in 2017 and has since helped raise over $72 million in community donations for a wide range of public goods. He is currently focusing on his new project, SuperModular, which continues to explore modular product development for public goods and financing tools. He also authored the book "Greenpill v1," discussing regenerative cryptographic economic systems that create positive externalities for the world.
Kevin is highly active on X, with nearly 100,000 followers, frequently discussing and sharing viewpoints on public goods, and gaining recognition from the Ethereum core community.
If it's for personal achievements, staying as a founding member of Gitcoin suffices. However, if it's for personal wealth growth, as a member who has deeply contributed to the Ethereum core community since 2017, his skills and reputation have already enabled wealth growth that ordinary people can't reach. What reasons have kept him so passionate and energetic about public goods for such a long time?
Ecological positioning and value of organizations/projects represented by individuals
Using Ethereum Community Fund (ECF) as an example:
ECF, established by Vitalik during Ethereum Japan in 2018, initially focused on funding early-stage teams in the non-profit sector of Ethereum's ecosystem. With Ethereum's ecosystem growing exponentially in 2020, ECF had to transform to meet the broader needs of the community.
In the current Web3 environment, information is abundant yet lacks effective management, leading to scams, useless information, and substantial vulnerability risks. ECF, as a foundation for the optimistic development of the entire Ethereum community, recognizes the severity and urgency of these issues and actively strives to drive solutions.
According to reliable internal sources, ECF will launch a solution-based public testing platform in the second half of the year. It's exciting to witness this disruptive force in action and see how such a massive public infrastructure can be revolutionized.
Online through periodic X Space podcasts
Conduct 1-2 X Space podcasts per month. Specific timing depends on coordination results.
Offline through Public Goods Talk' participation in Ethereum core community conferences as speakers or organizers of meetups
Participate in Ethereum core community events, primarily focusing on "Weekly Ethereum" activities, and other events as needed. Two participation methods:
Organizing meetups involves considering costs and influence. Initially, collaborating with 4seas can provide support, where 4seas offers venue support and jointly plans activities such as Lighting Talks and Workshops. After exploration, develop a relatively mature event mechanism and expand to larger Ethereum events like Devcon and Devconnect, even leading with a focus on public goods themes.
Brand support
Support on branding and promotion.
Donation support
Donation support can be in two forms:
Advisory support
Key community leaders or organizations provide community resource coordination, technical support, and constructive advice.
Podcast recordings
Record the entire X Space podcast and make it available to the community after completion.
Text transcripts
Compile complete articles from X Space podcast content and publish them as archives for the community.
Video recordings
Record entire offline event speeches, edit, and make them available to the community.
