Congratulations on being selected to join our Staff family here at All For Love! We're pleased to have you join us and hopefully during your time here it will be enjoyable, and beneficial to not only yourself but for our community.

You were nominated, monitored, evaluated, and then selected to fill one of our eight staff positions in this massive LGBTQ+ Roblox community.

This manual has been produced as a guide to help staff decide what action to take, and how to carry out their duties appropriately. It is important to combine the advice in this manual with your own discretion in cases it does not cover.

## Settling in as an Staff Trainee

When you first join our staff family, you start out as a `Staff Trainee`. This basically means you are new and are learning the ropes of being a staff member!

You will spend at least 30 days as a Staff Trainee while you undergo training and learn the ropes of being a staff member. It's vital that during this time you adapt to your new role in the community and that you get along with community members.

Not everyone is perfect so we do expect to be minor mistakes, however, we ask that you learn from it the first time to try to avoid it happening a second time.
