# AFL | Helper Manual V1

## Introduction
This manual has been produced as a guide for helpers to understand their tasks and responsibilites.

## Helper Rules
Helpers chosen by Admins are subject to the following rules:

- Keep to the very rules in the environment(s) under moderation.
- Keep professionalism and maturity when dealing with helper queries and actions
- Report any issues you may have with another helper to an Admin.
- Any channel that you have access to and has the word "Confidential" on the top bar, must remain private with you and other helpers.
- Do not abuse or misuse any privleges given to you as a helper at any time.

Breaking any of these rules may lead to loss of position. Helpers may also be removed by any reason by an Admin.

## Discord
The All For Love Community Discord should follow the rules outlined in the `#discord-rules` channel in the All For Love Community Discord. Within the Discord Server, as a helper you will have a few responsabilities that fall soley onto helpers.

### Discord Tasks
#### 1. Greet new server members
Helpers are mentioned in `#Join-logs` when a new user has joined the Discord. Upon a user becoming verified, please welcome them in `#General`and explain where they can find their roles.

#### 2. Assist with any [non moderation] querries or concerns
Helpers are to assist community members with providing any information to further assist group related querries or concerns.

## Roblox
The All For Love Community is mainly based on Roblox with majority of our community members being on Roblox. We bind by Roblox community rules, terms of service, and our own game rules. As a helper, you will have a few responsaiblites that fall soley onto helpers.
### Roblox Tasks
#### 1. Communicate on the group wall
Helpers are to engage in communication with members on the group wall, answer non-moderation querries and concerns. Overall you're basically chatting with people on Roblox!

#### 2. Communicate on the hangout

Helpers are to engage with server memembers just like on the group wall, assisting with non-moderation querries and concerns.

#### 3. Moderate on the group wall
Due to community members being able to post on the group wall, there's a risk of inappropriate content being posted on the group wall.

To delete a post on the group wall, click the three dots `...` to the right of the message, and click `Delete` button.
