It is important to combine the advice in this guide with your discretion in cases it does not cover. ## Intern Rules Interns are subject to the following rules: - Keep to the very rules in the environment(s) under moderation - Internship privileges should not be abused or misused at any time, this includes for personal gain. - Be positive and friendly at all times. - Discuss any intern action concerns in the private Intern channels - Keep professionalism and maturity when dealing with community queries and members overall. - Report any issues you may have with another intern to the Intern Manager - Any channel that you have access to and has the word "Confidential" on the top bar, must remain private with you and other interns. - Any content that you have access to on the AFL | Internship Database, must remain private with you and other interns. - Non-disclosure agreement must be signed before gaining internship privileges. Breaking any of these rules may lead to loss of position. Your intern position may also be removed for any reason by Alphaordinary. ## Intern Program Structure Within the Intern Program there are three departments which are the following: **Community Rep** The community rep interns are tasked with welcoming new members into the community, and establishing and maintaining community outreach with aliances. **Events** The event interns are tasked with engaging with members of the community via planning and hosting events throughoout the year. **Social Media** The social media interns are tasked with using social media platforms such as twitter to communicate and express the All For Love community with members on those platforms. --- Within the Intern Program there are two positions which are the following: **Intern** Interns are hired by the Intern Manager and are assigned to their respective department based on their experience/traits and willingness to carry out department tasks. This role is only available for 10 people. **Intern Manager** The Intern Manager is hired by Alphaordinary and is assigned to run the Internship program and maintaing the daily operations of the intern program. This role is only available for one person. ## Tasks and Privleges **Intern Manager** The Intern Manager is responsible for ensuring all interns and departments are active and are carrying out their respective tasks. The Intern Manager has the ability to open/close internship application to the community as whole if there is 7 or less interns employed. The Intern Manager has access to group ranking for adding/removing intern and allied representative roles. This feature is not to be abused or used on any other roles unless listed above. The Intern Manager has access to `announcements` , `allied-annnouncements` , and `event-announcements`. **Community Rep Intern** The Community Rep Intern is responsible for reviewing aliance applications, sending aliance applications to other communities, and communicating with allied communities. The Community Rep Intern has access to the aliance submissions database to review aliance applications. This feature is not to be abused such as editing applications / declining or approving applications on biased reasonings. The Community Rep Intern has access to `allied-announcements` to post new aliance announcements, and post aliance event announcements. **Events Intern** The Community Rep Intern is responsible for reviewing aliance applications, sending aliance applications to other communities, and communicating with allied communities. The Community Rep Intern has access to the aliance submissions database to review aliance applications.
