Review the invite list, make it available to everyone. - Transitioning away from a core team - Switching to quarterly share-outs (Town Hall), everyone previously invited is still invited, but now it's open to the wider community - ALS (and/or AAA) could focus on the communications push throughout the year --> uploading the materials we've prepared so far - Agenda and the messaging around the call would open up - Don't use the language around 'closing down of Core Team' --> Restructuring for more sustainable goverannce - Different from the Community Share-outs (which are also share-outs) - Working Groups - possibly using more community spaces (like Collaboration Cafes) to do more work, and recruit more openly from the community - Have more of a roadmap for 2024 to allow more people to be able to get structured feedback - How do TPS members engage with TTW?
