* Working group Share-out meetings / TTW Town Hall:

* [ ] Collab Cafe: no changes but no Collab cafes in August and the last one on 4 December 2024
* [ ] TTW Trainings: bi-monthly sessions for Gitgood / Onboarding (replaces previous onboarding cals and office hours from past year)
* [ ] Fireside chat: from Feb on a bimonthly basis (alternate with onboarding meetings)
* [ ] Want to decentralise this as a working group style --> Comms and engagement WG
* Co-working sessions: Mondays from 11:00 to 12:00, exclusively for TPS? --->

- Difference between Book Dash and uncoference: SSI style --> (AB) No capacity and budget for 2024
- Kirstie and Malvika, do you want to chair/present a topic for a Fireside Chat in 2024? if there's a WG, they should be handling this. Marion
- Why should we continue with the core team meetings? Should we have a more open meeting - for anyone to come ---> **Change it to TownHall / Community Hall**. Review the invite list, make it available to everyone.
- Transitioning away from a core team
- Switching to quarterly share-outs (Town Hall), everyone previously invited is still invited, but now it's open to the wider community
- ALS (and/or AAA) could focus on the communications push throughout the year --> uploading the materials we've prepared so far
- Agenda and the messaging around the call would open up
- Don't use the language around 'closing down of Core Team' --> Restructuring for more sustainable goverannce
- Different from the Community Share-outs (which are also share-outs)
- Working Groups - possibly using more community spaces (like Collaboration Cafes) to do more work, and recruit more openly from the community
- Have more of a roadmap for 2024 to allow more people to be able to get structured feedback
- How do TPS members engage with TTW? We need their engagement, but that's responding on feedback from core team
- Need more new people coming in in 2024, but
- Need roadmap for governance work in 2024: need to do alignment 1:1 between KW & MS
- Comms and engagement working group will be created
- Three level of decision making: maintainer and constitutional level will get the invitation to join the TTW/TPS meeting
