* Email from Claire: we have discussed internally having a training needs assessment of the companies involved undertaken by the ISAs, this is very much in the discussion stages however it is something that could add real value and help promote other relevant programme interventions.

### RCM Meeting
08 April
- Getting stuff done and make things happen and holding space for reflection on learning.
- Do something vs watch and wait for someone to do it.
- Say no to some tasks, choose tasks that can empower to other people.
- The easier the task, the more other people should do it
- Make others feel empowered and ownership of the project
- As the role is not understand in the same way by everbody, we are thrown on different tasks ---> the more I stay in the reactive mode the worst it gets
- Step back and enter in the strategic mode is very important. Avoid suffocating and

- Reporting on what has happened, celebrating what has been done!!!
- Spending time to understand the WHY about the pressures, understand the context of why the senior people behave the way they do.
- Talking with individuals to understand the pressures that team are under
- Draw around the people of the team, what they do and how was the relationship between them ---> having coffee with people might give you the opportunities to create and share this info
