## 1. Review the Agenda and Objectives of the Core team meeting (14 September 2023)
**What would you like to accomplish in the core team meeting?**:
- Provide a process of how we have listened to them and how we have actioned on their feedback
- Share the shift from core team to working groups --- > KW: how likely are we going to have something to introduce this topic
- Retiring core team should be up to people to decide how they want to retire
- Get feedback on the documentation that we have been creating
- Documentation for Code of Conduct
NOTES:
- Move the meeting to 28 September / check schedules
- Breakout rooms and discussion, listen and find out how to make them participate more. Put something in front of them, send it 5 days in advance. Echo of the last meeting.
- Be a bit more open about the spaces where they could int

## 3. Call to build a steering and advisory group
- Rebuilding a steering and an advisory committee
- with the community leaders/volunteers
- TPS staff who substantially contribute to TTW (lead on areas important for TTW - after the core team retirement)

- who should lead this process and what is needed?
- What is the purpose of the steering and advisory group and how often should they meet?

- Propose changes in the Newsletter - From September onwards
- Who should prepare it and send it?
- Highlight some conversations from Slack where poeple engaged the most?
What is the main purpose of the newsletter?
