## Storyboard for Zoom-exam on 20th May 2020
* Morning
* Ask Masoud, Chaminda, Minh, Sergio,... to stay on stand-by during 16:30 and 19:30 if one of the supervisors has problem
* Noon
* Give every supervisor should access to each moodle course he/she got students assigned from.
* Christoph Mangiavillano will prepare Moodle test with time limit on questions, submission and a separate password for opening each question.
* Send out solutions to all supervisors one final version is uploaded in Moodle.
* Depending on number of active supervisors, groups of students will be assigned with mail.
* Reini will create a scheduled zoom meeting for the time of 16:30 to 19:30 and distribute the meeting
* Every supervisor should be (co-)host of every other session (can be defined during scheduling of the meeting)
* Only registerd users are allowed in the meeting.
* Disable peer-to-peer chat in meeting setup
* **TODO: how to send the invitiation link to students as groups might not match lectures from KUSSS?**
* Reini needs permission to schedule meeting for supervisors, so add him with this mail adress reinhard.feger@jku.at to the privilegde list
* zoom.us Login
* Settings->Other->Privilege
* Einstellungen->Sonstiges->Planungsberechtigung zuweisen an
* Doku: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362803-Scheduling-Privilege#h_a9476921-e417-4d02-bf62-7bc96554f9a4
* 16:20 Start supervisors' meeting
* Supervisors log in jitsi meeting (will be parallel to zoom meeting but with supervisors only to forward questsion)
* https://jitsi.icie.jku.at/U5vrB4l6TcHaYjfV8HTd
* *Hint:* use Firefox for jitsi as other browers might not allow you to reliable select/disable camera and microphon for jisti (cam and mic are required for zoom meeting with students)
* If you have two cams/mics you can log into supervisors' meeting with it, otherwise we rely on chat/screensharing communication (also double mic situation is prone to echos).
* 16:30 Login
* Supervisor is logged in into his zoom session
* Students start to log in
* Every student gets his ID+room/camera/table... situation checked in a breakout session. See https://www.jku.at/institut-fuer-nachrichtentechnik-und-hochfrequenzsysteme/lehre/signale-und-systeme-i-uebungstest/ for requirements.
* Who will be in main session while supervisor is in breakout Session? Nobody, which is no problem because students haven't seen the exam at that time.
* Maybe use "Warteraumfreigabe"
* A temporary screenshot of the student holding his ID in the camera is allowed.
* Students must not log out after ID check (can also be checked later in Zoom-log)
* Once a student is assigned to a breakout session the student will remain assigned even if the room was left. Therefore, create new breakout session for each student and remove the whole session once ID check is done.
* 17:15 (approx.) when ID check is done for all groups
* Each supervisor give notice when he/she is done via the jitsi meeting: We need a super-supervisor => Its Reini!
* Password to open question is sent out via group chat to all participants
* Students are allowed to print (current question+supporting material). If they have to leave the room, they need to carry their camera
* They need to present the printed sheet to the camera directly after printing! (They could have brought any sheets of paper from the printer).
* During test: No headset (only for questions)
* 30 (**or 35?**) minutes later: Upload of solutions is due (**can the deadline be adjusted to take the start time into account while the test is already running?**) Thomas: I think so, but lets ask Christoph. Answer: I can set a fixed time, e.g. 35 minutes (countdown visible to student, starts as soon as password entered).
* Solutions need to be presented to the webcam then:
* Photographs are taken using a camera/smartphone
* Use of scanner is allowed (if room has to be left: camera needs to be carried)
* Maybe recorde a short video with tools like https://obsproject.com/ of the time-frame when students present the test.
* (Slightly) late upload is allowed (**Christoph: is time-stamp recorded by Moodle in this mode?**) Answer: time-stamp of test completion is recorded.
* 35 (**or 40?**) minutes later: GOTO "send out password for next question" WHILE there are questions left
* Zeitpunkt wo die Tests für die Studenten sichtbar werden ist um 17:00, 17:45, 18:15 und 18:45 (Tests sind zusätzlich durch Passwörter die im Anhang sind geschützt, ich will nur keine "Hacker").
Eine Zeitbegrenzung ist im Test aktiv (35 Minuten) und der sichtbare Countdown-Timer wird aktiviert sobald der Student das Passwort eingegeben hat.
* Finally: done -> send solutions out to student teaching assistants
