# Nuclear Operative Shuttle Purchasing TL;DR: nukies have to select a shuttle. ## How: Purchasing a shuttle is done via the (indestructible) Nuclear Operative Shuttle Purchasing Console. This console can **only** be used by the team leader since it has about as much of a possible effect as warops or no warops. ## What: The console can purchase additional, fancier shuttles in exchange for TC. These shuttles may have unique properties, equipment, or design, and may have tradeoffs to balance it out. ## Why: Nukeops get more options. ## Shuttles Available: ### Hammerhead-class Boarding Frigate The bog-standard nukie shuttle - comes for free, but is generic. ### Tortiose-class Heavy Boarding Frigate The advanced nukie shuttle (infiltrator_advanced), already in code. 10 telecrystals. ### Brutus-class Artillery Frigate Weaker turrets and less facilities (one less medbay sleeper?), but has a fucking cannon. Could be the VNS gun from the Venusian One ruin PR but stronger and stationary? Could be pirate cannons that look more like modern naval cannons? 45 TC due to its sheer long-range force. ### Cyanide-class Infiltration Vessel ***The only ship on this list deserving of being called an Infiltrator.*** A lightweight vessel disguised with titanium walls and a small decoy lobby(?) area, with the actual nukie shit being inside the engine room and bridge - for gimmicks. Can dock at the arrivals aux dock, sorry fellow whiteship nerds. No turrets, 15 TC. **The reason that this machine can only be used by the team leader.** ### Light Battlegroup Instead of spawning one shuttle, spawns a Syndicate Dropship (identical to ruin but no basicmob) and two Shiv-class fighters (identical to ruin, no basicmob). 15 TC, fighters spawn at an extra dock to be added at the time of this PR. ### Heavy Battlegroup Identical to the Light Battlegroup, but instead it's a standard Hammerhead infiltrator and two Teardrop-class (Starfury) fighters. 35 TC, warops exclusive because holy fucking shit 3 highly dangerous ships. ### Fake/Stolen CentCom Ferry **Does not spawn in the main Infiltrator dock, does not replace the main Infiltrator.** The perfect thing to bundle with CentCom disguises, can dock in the real ferry dock **but has some defects you will need to clean up or crew will instantly identify it as Syndicate.** No turrets, locked to Syndicate access (beware space explorers!). 35 TC, not available during warops because that makes stealth **not possible.** Console behaves similarly to a CentCom shuttle console and lacks navigation functionality in order to aid in the deception of crew. **If an ERT is called, then the actual ferry will run you over. At the same time, there is no immediately obvious difference between the real and fake ferries - INCLUDING SHUTTLE DESTINATION NAMES. Don't try to fly the real ferry as if it were fake, or you will be met by your local friendly death squad agent.**
