# Manually Segmented Brain MRI

summaries by Aaron Dominick
The following website provides the manual segmentation of brain MRI's that we can use for supervised learning. The website is known as mindboggle(https://mindboggle.info/data.html) and the MRI data can be found here: (https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/HMQKCK). It includes 101 T1 weighted MRI images with manual segmentation. They segmented many regions of the brain but the ones I'm interested in for DaTSCAN is regions: [50:right caudate, 51: right putamen,11:left caudate,12:left putamen]. The segmented regions and their numerical representation is found here: (https://mindboggle.readthedocs.io/en/latest/labels.html)
