# ASC development day

Day: 19/May/2022
Location: a meeting room on campus, possibly CS (zoom also avail)
Goals: revise all the services we use and we provide to our users
Outcome: Decide what needs development, what could be dropped
Schedule: From 9:30 to 15:30 with lunch at about 12.

## Agenda
1. **Insights from data**: tickets, issues, garage, surveys, course registrations and feedback

2. **Decide which services to discuss** Consider all the services (list below, point A) and decide together which ones to discuss. Criteria for inclusion:
1. services that take lots of our time
2. services that are not fully working, suboptimal, require development
3. services that are outdated and should be dropped
4. services that do not have any impact on our KPIs
5. services that do not have any impact on our users (low usage rate)

3. **SWOT analysis on the services we need decided discuss**
4. **Refactoring of kickstart** (if we want to)
