Section 1 - Disclaimer
This document contains the rules and guidelines that must be followed by ALL employees employed in the PCFR. Failure to do so will result in some form of disciplinary action being taken against you.

Rules and Guidelines
2.1 - All employees are to be in the departments communication server and roblox group. Those who are not in either the communication server and roblox will be given a 24 hour period to join before they are dismissed from the department.
2.2 - Members of the department shall NOT utilize any logos or assets thereof for personal gain. This includes the department's logo, name, and any assets there may be.
2.3 - Members of the department shall listen to orders they may be given by superiors. Failure to follow reasonable requests from a superior or supervisor will be considered insubordination. Requests made by supervisors shall not conflict with any laws in the county or rules in this handbook.
2.4 - While on duty, all members of the department shall abide by county laws and regulations. This includes any traffic laws, and laws defined in the criminal code.
2.5 - Packages of any type are not allowed to be worn on duty. You may not wear any glasses while you are on duty. Hairs MUST NOT interfere with the day-to-day operations of the PCFR. Any unrealistic accessories and skin tones are also not allowed while you're on duty.
2.6 - At no time shall a department member give away any personal information. Personal information such as passwords, phone numbers or credit card numbers. The PCFR will not be responsible for if your personal information is leaked to others in our discord or in-game.
2.7 - You may not LEAK any classified documents. Leaking any classified documents is strictly forbidden. Classified documents are documents that shouldn't be seen by the public eye such as this handbook.
2.8 - Employees are granted access to a radio while they're on duty, it is important to maintain good radio etiquette. If you accidentally speak a message you didn't mean to say, you should say "HotMIC." Please use the radio only for communications, not for general chatting. You are also to only utilize the panic button ONLY for emergencies that involve harm against you such as shootouts, hijackings, etc.
2.9 - Employees who receive disciplinary action may appeal their disciplinary action via the department appeals form. The appeals form may be used by both the public and employees.
2.10 - Department employees SHALL NOT utilize the facility for their own usage. You may not allow anyone to enter the facility without permission from an Assistant Chief or higher. Furthermore, you may not use the facility for running or hiding from the police.
2.11 - Employees are to maintain good activity and conduct while they are employed. Regular employees shall complete a 30 minute shift weekly. Supervisors and PCFR command shall complete a 25 minute shift weekly. Failure to complete your activity requirements by the required time will result in an activity strike being issued against you. Shifts MUST be logged by each Sunday @6:30PM EST in order to pass activity checks.
2.12 - Employees who wish to resign or leave the department may freely choose to do so. Employees of the department shall submit at least a 24 hour notice to their supervisor letting them know they wish to resign. If you wish to resigning you must have at least 1 month of service. Those without a month of service must contact Deputy Chief+ to have their resignation approved.
2.13 - Employees who may wish to reinstate into the department after they have resigned will have a 24 hour period after their 24 hours is up to reinstate. Former employees who wish to reinstate after the 24 hour deadline shall complete the academy again.
2.14 - Candidates may not go on duty until they have received training by a certified instructor. Candidates may go on duty only AFTER being trained and being ranked awaiting graduate however they MUST be accompanied by an Advanced Paramedic or higher.
2.15 - Those who are an Advanced Paramedic or higher may take citizens on a ride along.
Section 3 - Chain of Command

Chain of Command
3.1 - Fire Chief = The Fire Chief is responsible for overseeing the fire side of the PCFR.
3.2 - Medical Chief = The Medical Chief is responsible for overseeing the medical side of things. The Medical Chief works alongside the Fire Chief in running the PCFR and hiring new medics/firefighters.
3.3 - Assistant Chief = The Assistant Chiefs main goal is to oversee the divisions there are in the PCFR and to make sure that they are running smoothly.
3.4 - Battalion Chief = The Battalion Chief leads his/hers division, they work alongside their Captain and Lieutenant to make sure the division is being run smoothly.
3.5 - Captain = Captains are in charge of their Battalion and Division, they log shifts and run their division as smoothly as possible. Captains will also report back to High Command weekly with a report on their Battalion and Divisions.
3.6 - Lieutenant = Lieutenants are in charge of assisting their Captains with running their assigned Battalion.
3.7 - Senior Firefighter = Senior Firefighters are the most senior rank in the PCFR on the fire aspect of the PCFR.
3.8 - Advanced Paramedic = Advanced Paramedics are the most senior rank in the PCFR on the medical aspect of the PCFR. To get this, you have to obtain training to get an Advanced Paramedic Certification, you must also be a Paramedic for one (1) month.
3.9 - Firefighter = Regular employee in charge of fighting fires and saving lives out in the county.
3.10 - Paramedic = regular employee in charge of treating the ill, injured and sick as well as saving lives in the county.
3.11- The department's chain of command shall be followed by ALL departments. Failure to follow the CoC will result in some form of disciplinary action being taken on you.
Section 4 - Promotion Guidelines

Promotion Guidelines
4.1 - Department members have a chance to be promoted to a higher position in the PCFR such as to Senior Firefighter. Promotions may not be based off of sex, gender, religion or heritage.
4.2 - In order to get promoted to Paramedic, candidates must attend sessions 1-4 and pass their exams. From there, they will be assigned to a Battalion and given a callsign.
4.3 - In order for a Paramedic to get promoted to Firefighter, they must meet the following criterias.
1. Has been in their position for at least 1 month.
2. Has obtained the skills and knowledge in the field.
3. Both the Lieutenant and Captain agree to the promotion
4. Approved by Field Command (Battalion Chief+)
4.4 - In order for a Paramedic to get promoted to Advanced Paramedic, they must meet the following criterias.
1. Has been in their position for at least 1 month.
2. Has obtained the skills and knowledge in the field.
3. Both the Lieutenant and Captain agree to the promotion
4. Has attended a CCP certification and holds a CCP certification
5. Approved by Field Command (Battalion Chief)
4.5 - In order for an Advanced Paramedic to be promoted to Senior Firefighter or higher, they must meet the following criterias.
1. Has been in their position for at least 1 month.
2. Has obtained the skills and knowledge in the field.
3. Both the Lieutenant and Captain agree to the promotion
4. Approved by Field Command (Battalion Chief)
