# Get into Tangram

First install the wallet : https://github.com/tangramproject/bamboo

If you are on Windows you will be better off going linux througt WSL2 check : https://codeandkeep.com/Tmux-on-Windows/

Type 'clibamwallet' to start the wallet

When you type 'list' your wallet name is the .db file name without the .db

To update, first make sure you saved your seed and mainet address.

then you got the --uninstall switch

like :
`bash <(curl -sSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tangramproject/bamboo/master/install/install.sh) --uninstall`

It seams that the node needs to contact your wallet on a port, tipicaly 8001. So you need to forward that port from your box to your PC when you are behind a box. Witch is the nominal setup for average dudes like me. This part can be difficult to setup and test, especially when you are not IT aware. Keep trying, you'll make it !

Once your get the wallet working, type 'login', then 'address' so you get your mainnet address
