# Data Health Check

**Project Proposal**: Data Health Check - readiness for automation and data migration

**Objective**: Identify data architectural issues and "pain-points" in Weng Li Sdn Bhd

## Data Flow
- data structural issues (redundancy, many-to-many mapping, uniqueness of database keys)
- data flow issues (performance/execution bottleneck, compatibility, technologies adoption, legacy, routing issues and information acquirement speed, ETL algorithms)
- resolving isolated data silos (ensure information dissemination, duration to reach other data silos, silos need to connect for a single data update)

## Data integrity
- anomalies, non-standard SOP, special cases, legacy, quick-and-dirty patches

## Future-proof
- new technology evaluation (avoid technological disruptions, degree of readiness for direct data migration, the need of some advanced packages)
- diversity of technology adoption (degree of dependent to a special platform, flexibility to adopt opensource applications)

## User adaptability
- not included.
