- We have about 100 severs\pcs\laptops, less than 20% using updated Windows operating system
- Need to come out a master plan to upgrade by 30Jun22

- phase 1: Servers/PC/laptops (Need to come out a master plan to upgrade by 30Jun22)

Asset Traking

## User Requirements

1. Physical Asset Sighting and Update
- Name and contact number key in only once
- Device ID (Handphone) update this asset (QR code for identifier) at this location (QR code)
- If QR code is not available, any chance to use geographic ID by google map say at home for laptop

2. Information retrieval by scanning QR code
- We can obtain all following information about the assets by scanning the QR code on the PC\Laptop
- Harddisk, CPU, Asset Locations, etc. See 

3. Tracking log and monitoring system
- Auto update once an end user is posting an update.
- Info to capture - user ID, update date and location
- Similar to Taobao parcel the tracking log with update by whom and update from where

4. Web base staff claim module
- Avoid "user A helped user B to perform submission" fraud
- Avoid "hard to detect, example letting user B know user A’s login password"
