# Alchemist Docs Clickup Process ### Creator {%youtube 73tiWG83Sxs %} - Head over to the "in progress" column - click on the small + icon (add task) - type in your task name and hit enter - click on your new created task - click onto the 3 dot menu on the top center and navigate to template center and browse templates - click on the template: "Knowledge Base New Task" - hit 2x use template - add a description including links and images ### Translator #### Path 1 {%youtube vmfUEIvqLvs %} - Head over to the in progress task and click on it - Read the description to know what to do - Go to subtasks and search for your subtask (your langague) and click on it - Write a comment, create a checklist, whatever you want - it is your subtask - On the top left corner hit the mark if you are finished - **Important! Only mark your subtask as complete, never the "master" task!** #### Path 2 {%youtube SQQJiTVNVkI %} - Search on the upper right corner "Subtasks" and click on it and choose "as seperated tasks" - go to the searchbar right above the status columns and type in your langague - now you should only see your subtasks, separated by states "in progress" and "complete" - chose a "in progress" subtask by clicking on it - on the top should be a red stripe, telling you this subtask is blocking the task xyz - hover over it and click on new tab to open the "master task" on a new tab to read what to do - switch back to your subtask tab - Write a comment, create a checklist, whatever you want - it is your subtask - On the top left corner hit the check mark if you are finished - you can leave the subtask by clicking on the X in the top right corner - If you marked a subtask complete, it should now be transfered to complete - **Important! Only mark your subtask as complete, never the "master" task!**
