| Activities | When I watched the video for the first time, I would judge the author's attitude towards the event (positive or negative) by combining the pictures in the video and the author's tone. When I met any uncertainty, I would take notes and watch the subtitles to confirm.

1.I can almost understand this video.
2.Animation is very helpful in helping to understand the author's point of view.
3.The author makes it easy for me to grasp his theme by pointing out the dangers and criticisms of lack of sleep at the beginning.
4.Even if I don't sure some words, I can easily deduce it, because the author's point of view is clear and simple.
5.Next time I watch an RSA video I will try to close my eyes and not watch the animation because it gives me too much visual information.
