At the end of our Spike we created a README file with some user stories and an introduction to the project. This is an excerpt of that README: >ZanyMen is an up-and-coming player in the market of for-rental wacky arm-waving inflatable men. They are looking to upgrade their online presence and reach bigger audience. We chose to make it a page for a business that rents inflatable tube men, just because we can... --- We based the user stories in this file on the requirements given for the page. #### Main requirements of the project are: - A minimalistic yet beautiful website with these features (Intro, Bio, Gallery, Contact Us) - Accessible to all users allowing to use keyboard or screen readers to navigate the page - Using a mobile-first approach to developing the page --- ## GitHub Project We've created a project board on GitHub to help us organize the work. It's a simple Kanban board where all issues created can be tracked. ![](https://i.imgur.com/FWqEOA7.png) Besides the convential columns (To do, In progress & Done), we have added 'To Review' and 'Changes Requested' for when a Pull Request (PR) is created or changes are requested on an existing PR. The board has been automated to track these changes. --- ### The process We are working mostly asynchronously, with a few collaborative sessions in between to review our progress, plan next steps and split the workload. We create issues on the repo during our calls together and agree on how they are split between us. Every commit is reviewed by the other person in the group during a Pull Request before being merged into the main branch. --- ### Challenges - The automation of the project board seems to need some adjustment, which is a minor issue at the moment but would be much more confusing in a bigger project. - Keeping track of different branches and when to merge without creating issues can feel daunting, though we have not actually experienced issues as a result of a merge so far - Developing the habit to work within shared conventions (i.e.: REM) represents a learning curve after having learned mostly by working alone until now
