# Amazon OnePass: Manual ## Requirements The device requires an internet connection to synchronize time via NTP. A connecton is required every 7 days. If offline, the device wiill still still run. However, after 7 days of being offline it will intermittently reboot every ~6 hours. ## Setup 1. Connect the sensor via 4-pin jack. Please note that the jack has a notch to align the pins. 2. Connect the HDMI cable. 3. Connect the provided USB-C power supply. When *ON* the LED will turn red. Press the on button if it isn't on already. ## Teardown 1. Disconnect the USB-C power supply. 2. Disconnect HDMI. 3. Disconnect sensor. ## WiFi Configuration On startup, the device attempts to establish an internet connection via WiFi. By default, it attempts to the last known network it was connected to. If that network is not found, the device creates its own temporary WiFi network to allow the WiFi credentials to be reconfigured. ### Reconfigure WiFi Credentials Depending on the device being configured, connect to WiFi network: `onepass-a` or `onepass-b`. Use the network password provided by your account manager. A captive portal should appear and looks like below. If it does not appear, you can visit it manually by visiting `10.0.0.1` in your browser. ![](https://i.imgur.com/beNlJBe.png) Select your WiFi network name and enter the password. The device will reboot and with the new WiFi credentials. # Amazon OnePass: Developer Manual ### Access Device Logs If you are on the same network as the device, you can `ssh` into the device and read the logs. Your ssh key *must* be whitelisted. ``` ssh root@<device-local-ip-address> # connect to device $ logread -f # tail all logs ``` ### Configure the sensor There's a built-in hardware interace for configuring the sensor's threshold.
