# WFH Android test

## 起因
其他模擬器沒有多種機種可以選擇，因此可以的話希望能使用 Andorid Studio 的 AVD Manager
AVD Manager 有支援 Pixel 的各種機型，還有一些比較舊的機種也都可以使用

## Step
1. Download the Andorid Studio on mac
https://developer.android.com/studio

2. Install Android Studio（依據這部影片到 4:50 秒）

3. Click "Configure" > "AVD Manager"

4. AVD Manager should look like this(But will be empty)
Click "Create Cirtual Device"

5. Here is devices you can create. And click "Next"

6. Choose the OS version of device. Recommand the API 29 or 30. And click "Next" (如果是第一次使用會需要下載 API version)

7. Click "Show Advanced Settings"

8. Scroll to "Memory and Storage" and increase the RAM size and finish

9. If every things is fine. The device will display in the list.
And Click the play button will start up the device.

10. The device will look like this if start successed.

11. Click the google play. The google play will requied to login first when opening.

12. Search the hikingbook in google play and download.

13. If app is download it will present on the main page.

## ~~目前會碰到的問題~~
1. 庭羽的電腦可能會裝不起來 Android studio
2. 庭羽的電腦在建立 AVD manager 的時候會有問題
3. Emulator 跑起來的時候會吃掉很多的記憶體，可能會有卡頓甚至是重新開機的問題
4. 我要把庭羽的公司 google 帳號加到 internal test 的名單中，才可以做內部測試
5. Android app 的 release 目前沒有支援跑在模擬器上面，所以下次 release 要做這樣的處理
