# SIN lentivector plasmids
The cDNA sequence of the rat Igf1R IRES (973 nt, Giraud et al., 2001 doi: 10.1074/jbc.M005928200) was introduced between the first (LucR) and the second cistron (LucF) ot the bicistronic lentivector plasmid previously described (Hantelys et al., eLife 2019, doi: 10.7554/eLife.50094)

The lentivectors coding artificial miRNAs miR-Neat1 and miR-Neat1_2 were constructed by inserting double-stranded oligonucleotides targeting Neat1 or Neat1_2 into into the SIN lentivector pTRIP-DU3-CMV-MCS (Prats et al., 2013, doi: 10.1016/j.mvr.2013.05.005), according to a protocol adapted from the BLOCK-iTTM technology of Life Technologies.
