# Virtual Hackalong

- Goals
- Put resources in the hands of the people that need them
- Connect developers with common interests
- Build common components to be reusable

- Target: only for developers. People that have projects in mind and also tinkerers that want to experiment

- Membrane: google form
- Post dev-camp participants
- Outer community
- Community-organizers

- Projects:
- Multiple projects (bring your own project!)
- Interoperability
- Setting up space for people to connect around ideas and projects

## Timing and format

Agile method: microsprints that are self-contained to build small components. Meetings:
- Demo: every 2 weeks, sprint demo, show what you did
- Scrum grooming: once a week, technical discussion, tackle the common problems that all projects are having
- Every project can have as many meetings as they want

First meeting 1st of April:
- Introduction
- Talk about projects and ideas
- Form groups and teams
- Breakout?
