Below is an overview of the latest changes on SBM, Please let us know if you have any feedback.

### * Substandard housing unit complaints

Legal firm user can now create complaints about substandard potential candidate, and submit them to KFW management who responsible for assign, close, and add response messages.

### * Allow SBM team to request changes from GRAMMS

`Assistance Admin` and `Substandard Housing Unit Supervisor` can now request changes (features, enhancements, fixes bugs, etc.) on SBM system.

They can also discuss the changes with the IT team by adding comments or asking/answering questions.

When the status changed to `approved`, means that we are working on it, and the status will be changed to `published` after we finish and publish it.

### * New role in substandard housing unit

`Substandard Housing Unit Assistant` is a new role which has the following permissions:

- Extract contract, BoQ, and bank letter for all Substandard Housing Unit beneficiaries.
- Uploading documents for merged Substandard Housing Unit beneficiaries.

The role is assigned to Abedelmajeed Kuhail and Ahmed Al Shaqra.
