# Zonemod 1.9.16 -> Zonemod 2.0 ## General: * **Distance Points Freeze** * When the Tank Spawns, distance points will be frozen. * Distance points be unfrozen if the round ends with one Survivor in the saferoom. * Distance points are calculated based on where the Survivors were when the distance was frozen, only the distance gained by the Survivors that made it to the saferoom will be updated. ## Survivors: * **Weapons:** * **General:** * Vertical punch after firing a gun has been **removed**. * **Silenced Uzi:** * Lowered spread per shot to **0.28** (was **0.32**) * Increased maximum spread while shooting to **2.60** (was **2.15**) * Decreased reload time to **1.88s** (was **2s**) * Lowered damage drop-off back to default. * You can reload on ladders. * **Uzi:** * Lowered damage to **20** (was **22**) * Lowered spread per shot to **0.26** * Decreased reload time to **1.7s** (was **1.88s**) * Increased maximum spread while shooting to **2.45** (was **1.85**) * You can reload on ladders. * **Shotguns** * All stats have been reset to their Vanilla values. * Static spread is still active. * **Melee:** * Increased damage to Chargers to **350** (was **325**) ## Infected: * **General:** * Quad Caps are **no** longer possible. > **Developer Comment:** This was a tough change to push through as Quads do give you that "hype" feeling when they work out, however we've seen gameplay being dumbed down a lot. While Zonemod is focused on catering to all levels of play, we've seen too many games being dependent on quads to the point that they were tunneled. This change will inevitably cause an outcry at the start, but keep in mind that all change requires getting used to. * **Common Infected:** * Infinite Hordes are back in action. * Limits have been reduced: * 3v3: * Decreased from **22** to **18**. * 2v2: * Decreased from **15** to **10**. * 1v1: * Decreased from **7** to **5**. * **Spitter:** * Damage is reduced to **2** damage/tick, instead of alternating **2-3** * Reduced godframed ticks to **3** (was **4**) * **Smoker:** * Changed the tongue cooldown on instant clears: * Tank punch/rock resets the Tongue to **8s** (was **4s**, Vanilla: **0.9s**) * Survivor instant clears reset the Tongue to **4s** (was already **4s**, Vanilla: **0.9s**) > **Developer Comment:** The reset was a shared 4 seconds across the board, this turned out to be too short on Tank punches/rocks. * **Charger:** * Punch damage increased to **7**. (was **6**) * **Hunter:** * When shoved off a Survivor, they will now always perform a roll rather than stumbling away.
